For Holiday 2024, I led the planning and execution of localized retail campaigns across 12 Amour Vert store locations. These activations combined seasonal promotions with community engagement to create in-store experiences tailored to each location’s audience.

In Sausalito, I collaborated with the store manager to support a “Sip & Shop” event in partnership with the Sister Cities nonprofit—featuring curated discounts, local food and wine, and branded event materials. To support all locations, I developed digital and print-ready content kits for store managers, including Instagram assets, flyers, and Eventbrite headers. This approach ensured brand consistency while allowing each store the flexibility to localize their execution.

The campaign successfully brought together retail and community in a way that was intentional, engaging, and adaptable—supporting foot traffic, brand visibility, and lasting connections with local customers.
