Outside of Work
Hiking, skiing, and running have played a big role in helping me feel present and connected to both myself and the world around me. Whether it is getting lost in the mountains, running near the coast, or spending time outside with my dog, Moose, I find clarity and creativity in movement and nature.
I have always felt a strong connection to animals and the outdoors, especially the wild places that offer space to breathe and reset. This connection fuels my desire to give back, whether it is through local trail maintenance, joining beach cleanups, or volunteering for community sustainability efforts. I try to protect the spaces that have always had a way of protecting me.
Yoga and mindful movement are also an important part of how I stay grounded. Wellness, for me, is about gratitude, presence, and the small daily rituals that keep me centered.
