At Amour Vert, I supported brand and retail marketing efforts across 12 store locations, focusing on seasonal campaigns, localized content, and in-store community activations. My role centered on aligning messaging across digital and physical touchpoints while tailoring the strategy to reflect the unique personality of each store.
I worked closely with store managers to gather feedback and incorporate it into email language, print materials, and event promotions—ensuring each campaign felt relevant, personal, and locally resonant. I also created retail toolkits and branded assets for pop-in events, collaborating with local vendors and maintaining cohesion across social, email, and in-store promotions.
Additionally, I contributed to ambassador-facing initiatives like our Holiday Lookbook, helping to unify content across paid, organic, and influencer channels.
The result was a more consistent and community-centered retail experience that strengthened store-level engagement, brand visibility, and neighborhood relationships.
